Q. What other products does Ooba offer?
Ooba will soon offer a rocker, glider, dresser, changer, toddler bed and twin bed as part of the Nest collection. In the future, Ooba will expand its product line to offer playthings and nursery accessories, in addition to other furniture collections.

Q. How long until my order arrives on my doorstep?
All orders will be recieved in 4-6 weeks from the day you make your purchase. We will notify you when it ships to confirm delivery charges and tracking information.
Q. Is my credit card information safe with Ooba?
Yes, security is a priority with Ooba. All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both ends. SSL encrypts all personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. Email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card information.
Q. What if I want to return my Ooba product?
Manufacturing Defects
If an Ooba product is found defective in workmanship or materials upon delivery, Ooba will ship a new part/product or will provide a refund upon return. Customers have 30 days from date of purchase to request a refund.
Customer Dissatisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days for refund of product. There will be a handling and restocking charge of 20%. Shipping charges are the customers’ responsibility and will not be refunded.
Q. Is product assembly difficult?
Ooba prides itself on simple assembly. The Nest bassinet requires just a screwdriver and has only six steps!
Q. Do Ooba products meet U.S. safety standards?
Ooba products meet or exceed all JPMA and ASTM safety standards. All Ooba products are tested by Intertek Labtest to assure safety and compliance. Ooba is a member of JPMA (Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association, Inc).
Q. I don’t live in the United States. Do you ship internationally?
